• Yoyoshop UK delivery is FREE!

NO postage costs, NO packing costs, NO hidden charges.

• Yoyoshop European delivery is a £3.00 flat fee.

• Yoyoshop World delivery is a £5.00 flat fee.

Delivery times:

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 5 working day and all European orders within 10 working days. Due to circumstances outside our control orders can occasionally take longer to arrive but please get in touch via email (sales@yoyoshop.co.uk) if you have any concerns.

30-day returns guarantee:

At Yoyoshop we pride ourselves in delivering superb quality products. However, in the event that you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, we offer a full refund provided that it is returned unopened in its original packaging and within 30 days.

Should you wish to return a Yoyoshop product, please email us first at customerservices@yoyoshop.co.uk stating your order number, product description and the reason for return. We will then issue you with a return ID number so that we can track your return when it reaches us. The customer must pay all postage costs associated with returned goods.

Faulty goods:

We take every effort to ensure that all Yoyoshop products reach their destination in perfect condition. However, should a product arrive damaged or faulty, please follow the above return instructions informing us of the problem and we will be happy to offer you a refund, exchange or replacement.
